I specialize in working with adult women in all stages of life. Struggling with Anxiety, Depression, life transitions, grief, faith crisis.
In sessions we will process emotions as I guide as you through identifying the root cause of the issues and barriers you are facing. In addition to the positive changes you can make to overcome them. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, Solution Focused, and Strength Based therapy techniques.
