I work with adults and couples, specializing in treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, caregiver fatigue, people pleasing, and PTSD. I create a supportive, safe, and judgement free environment in therapy.
I invest time outside of our sessions in learning proven mental health techniques that create lasting, meaningful change. These approaches include EMDR, REBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Expressive Arts, and Gottman Method couples therapy. I also offer therapy intensives (longer sessions, 2 to 4 hours).
I believe that therapy requires a safe, non-judgmental space in order for change to occur. I promise to give you my full attention and consistent support in helping you meet your goals. The focus of our sessions is you. We will find ways for you to reach your goals, whatever they may be. I am affirming of all identities.
