Typically, I see client's ranging from ages 10-30. I enjoy helping clients work on anxiety, depression, self-esteem, healthy relationships, family dynamics, life transitions, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors. I believe in walking alongside clients while providing a supportive and nonjudgmental space.
I often use mindfulness techniques, solution focused therapy and trauma-informed care in treatment. I am especially interested in the use of nature-based interventions and how this can assist clients in their goals. I offer outdoor sessions to those who feel this could be a useful tool.
I believe that you are the expert of your own life and I hope to build on that by utilizing your natural supports and strengths.
