You feel like people don’t understand you, or what you’re trying to say, and sometimes you don’t really understand yourself either. You notice feeling unheard or dismissed often. You want to have better relationships, less conflict, set boundaries, and understand yourself or your actions. You want stability and steadiness in a life or in relationships that feel rocky or confusing.
My goal is to help you gain skill in understanding and expressing your emotions; improve your communication and life satisfaction; and help you learn how to get your needs met. My passion is helping individuals who struggle with conflict and communication in important relationships, including the one they have with themselves.
Starting therapy can be an intimidating, and awkward, experience. It often leaves you wondering what to say or what to do. Please know that you don’t need to know exactly what to say to get the help and support you deserve and desire.
