I go at the pace that works for the client to ensure that you don't feel discouraged on this brave journey you're taking. I don’t follow a script because I find it important to allow space for clients to bring up topics that are relevant to them in the here and now. I’m on your side and I want to help you reach your full potential.
My role is to join you on this process of becoming a more authentic you, where you don't have to hide behind a mask, wear armor to protect yourself from potentially being hurt, or water yourself down to "seem," more appealing. I create a space where you're allowed to show up as yourself, but are also challenged to face obstacles that may be hindering you.
