Every Day Counseling is focused on helping everyday people with everyday problems. Using teletherapy, or video counseling, we specialize in treating people who feel like they should feel better and need a little help to do that. Michael Snowden has worked with severe and persistent mental health issues, addiction, and personality disorders but gets his greatest satisfaction helping everyday people solve the riddle of finding happiness where they are and building their own life worth living.
We offer Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. By using a combination of cognitive restructuring and subtle behavior modifications, we can help you make the place you’re in your own happy place.
Change is incredibly difficult. This is often made worse when we are told “simple tricks” that can create those changes. While we are here to tell you the “simple tricks,” we also know that change in the real world is rarely simple. But you can do it, and it is worth it.
