Through a relational therapeutic approach, I feel this emerges when we collaboratively create a relationship together; through experiencing relationships that reflect safety and the exploration of relationships, learning and insights naturally unfold. My intention is to emphasize your strengths and resources, offer flexible interventions, and to bring in humor, delight and play whenever possible.
I hold a strong conviction that you are the expert of yourself. We will collaborate to identify realistic skills & solutions for your own life / relationship(s). I am supported by frameworks such as somatic integration (TRM), psychoeducation rooted in neuroscience, relational theory (The Gottman Method), & transpersonal & ecological therapies.
My virus/covid precautions include my family and I masking inside except in houses of friends that we see often. We are no longer masking outdoors unless we are close to a large group of people. I will be masking with every client I see in person and have a HEPA 13 air filter on in the room.
