Are you feeling lost, confused, or overwhelmed? Is your child having big feelings which feel unmanageable? Making the decision to engage in services is the first step towards healing. I specialize in working with the Latinx community navigating trauma, cultural identity, grief, and transitions. As a fluent Spanish speaker, I conduct sessions in Spanish designed to foster resilience and healing. I recognize the importance of cultural values as a cornerstone of healing. As part of the Latinx community myself, I have lived experience of navigating the complexities of integrating my cultural values in all aspects of my identity.
With a Masters in Community Counseling from Regis University, Denver, and a certificate for working with children and adolescents, I use an integrative approach in therapy and use a multicultural- trauma informed approach.
