My approach is to use various mindfulness and trauma processing skills, providing a safe space for you to overcome trauma and life difficulties. In this collaborative process, you will develop healthy self-care practices, reduction in trauma triggers and symptoms, and overall improvement in self-empowerment.
I use an integrative approach to therapy including EMDR, spiritual guidance, mindfulness skills, and personal development. I have extensive experience serving individuals ages 11 and up, families, and couples suffering with trauma, adjustment issues, disabilities, depression, anxiety, and other presenting mental health struggles.
