My ideal clients are children between 5-18, and adult women looking for a grounded counselor as we build new skills and change old behaviors. You may be going through a time of loss, behavioral issues with your children, a tumultuous relationship, or feeling emotionally stuck in the past. I am excited to partner with clients to create a plan that addresses symptoms and explores old pains in order to find healing and adapt to day-to-day life. If you are a Christian looking for faith-integrated help, I am qualified to help you explore Biblical concepts in your faith.
My clients and I collaborate to create goals that address their largest barriers to thriving, or to your child's and family's ability to thrive. I specialize in asking brain-based emotional and familiar questions that help unearth your attachment style, underlying beliefs about yourself or others. We make a plan that course-corrects and builds family skills.
Life is more meaningful on the other side of guidance. A plan for your child is half the solution, and I'm happy to help support your family team in seasons of stress, to carry you to health!
