I have a passion to help people cope with trauma, anxiety and stress through individual and couples work. Clients describe me as warm, supportive, encouraging, and gently challenging. As your therapist, I will come along side you and provide the guidance and support you need to work through your challenges.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, and EMDR. I utilize the Gottman Method for couples therapy. We’ll work together to determine which treatment will work best for you. I know therapy is an investment so I will do my best to help you see improvement in your symptoms quickly.
Because I am married to a combat veteran, I have a soft sport for military, first responders, and their family members. I understand the extra challenges that come with serving your country or community, and the strain that it can put on an individual or on a marriage. I consider it a true privilege to help those who serve overcome the traumas they endured.
