My therapeutic style incorporates a Person-Centered approach and Cognitive Behavioral techniques. I utilize these techniques to help clients build self-esteem and create long-lasting change in your day to day life. I focus on assisting clients in feeling empowered and building coping skills that can be applied in everyday life.
