As a Marriage and Family Therapist we will look at issues through the framework of the world you live in, those people who are currently in your life or those who may have impacted you in the past in order to reach goals, break unwanted patterns and set healthy boundaries in your life.
I will use my experience, training, humor and unconditional positive regard to create a warm, caring environment to help you make sense of the relationships around you while healing old wounds and striving for future successes. Holistic components are incorporated which includes diet/nutrition, sleep and physical health and self-care activities.
