Thanks for taking time to read my profile! I'm happy to share that I'm a mom and a veteran of the US Air Force (2010). I enjoy working with people who want a better life for themselves and for their loved ones. Life is stressful and many times situations develop that are outside of our control. I am Internal Family Systems-Informed and enjoy using an eclectic mix of family system therapy, Internal Family Systems and Somatic processing models to assist client in learning about distressing relationships, behaviors or thoughts and growing and healing form them. I'm also certified and experienced in Ketamine assisted therapy.
It is my primary goals to assist my clients in learning and practicing self-compassion. Life is tough and being able to have self-compassion can be a game-changer. Understanding, honoring, and accepting who you are, growing from past experiences (good or bad) and working toward a more peaceful and authentic life, these are values I hope to share with clients
