As your therapist, I’m interested in helping you access that wisdom - in gently getting to the root of what has been missing for you on the level of mind, body, and spirit. I firmly believe that we’re all wired to heal, and that it is entirely possible to resolve the core wounds and patterns that are holding you back.
As a Somatic Psychotherapist, I'll help you to slow down and tune into your present-moment lived experience, inviting deeper insight and awareness to emerge. I have been supporting people therapeutically for the past nine years, and am experienced with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and spiritual/existential issues.
I see therapy as a collaborative, relational process, and include body awareness, mindfulness, visualization and other tools from several somatic and psychodynamic approaches. As a yoga teacher and former professional violinist, I bring a lot of creativity, attentive care and my own rich life experiences to our work together.
