After many spiritual groups and a couple years in India with Ram Dass, I finally returned to school to finish my doctorate. I have trained in a number of mind/body therapies (EMDR, Brainspotting, Bioenergetics, Process Acupressure, Somatic Experiencing), since it is my experience that just talking about one’s problems do not usually allow one to make a deep shift.
