Internal family systems is the best model for working with healing that.
Becoming intimate with our early experiences is a way to help us identify the patterns and causes for distress in our health, emotional well-being, relationships, & more. Therefore, our core experiences, patterns and wounds must be explored in depth, and addressed with compassionate skill and care. I do this within the internal family systems model.
