We utilize an integrative approach to counseling, combining a holistic perspective of wellness with evidence-based treatment interventions. Our therapists are trained in a variety of evidenced-based treatment modalities, including: Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Motivational interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In addition to professional credentials and expertise, we believe that the best therapists have lived experience. We take pride in hiring therapists that are authentic, relatable, highly skilled, and provide excellent client care.
