Have you tried other types of therapy with little or no lasting results? I am a clinical hypnotherapist and I use CBT and IFS in conjunction with hypnotherapy to get the best results. I specialize in sexual addictions and pornography, anxiety disorders, depression, sleep issues and breaking negative patterns/ habits.
I use research based techniques to help clients change thought patterns, rewire their brain, and find coping skills that work. I have found Clinical hypnotherapy with parts therapy from IFS to be the most effective type of therapy for getting to the root of the issue and making real progress.
I understand how difficult ingrained thought patterns can be to break free from, but if you are still struggling then it means you have not gotten to the root of the issue. I can help you find the belief systems that are causing your behaviors/ symptoms and change those on a deeper level.
