I work with Children and Adolescents who are struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and deteriorating relationships (family, friends, etc.). I also work with adults who are starting or are in the middle of a major transition in life, either personally or professionally.
I offer a colloborative approach that is relational in focus. I am trauma-informed and have a vast range of experience as both a case worker and counselor in a wide range of settings (Outdoor residential, Hospitals, etc.). I use a Multimodal Therapy model that primarily utilizes the tools of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused-CBT, and Logotherapy.
