I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for you to begin your therapeutic journey. I utilize a holistic approach to deeply understand your personal values and how they interconnect with your set goals. We will work together to identify roadblocks and how to overcome them.
I also co-lead a social skills group rooted in the PEERS (The Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) model for adolescents with diagnoses that impact their social functioning. I will soon be opening up spots for Neurocognitive Rehabilitation to help restore cognitive functioning and support healthier lifestyles.
