My clients tend to work on managing symptoms of mood, identity, understanding themselves, PTSD, and reviving or finding parts of themselves that have been lost or missing. I tend to explore your experiences, needs, wants rather than tell you what to do.
During our initial sessions I will get to know you in a conversational manner and build a treatment plan with you that is evidence based and individualized. I value shared decision making and transparency in therapy. The sessions will be a back and forth interactive feel. If you aren't sure what is wrong or what you need, we can explore that together.
