Hi, my name is Jenna, I am a mental health and addictions counselor that is passionate about working with moms and women who need help balancing out their life stressors and anxiety. As a mom of two young children, I understand the balancing act that comes with being a parent as well as the need to manage increasing anxiety and life stressors. I know that feeling overwhelmed can make it hard to step back and identify the root of the problem. Let's focus on you and what you need to feel fulfilled in life. Together we can work through any challenges to find a healthy balance so that you can thrive not just survive.

I focus on how all parts of us, mind, body and spirit interact related to trauma, and stressors. Together we will look at you holistically and help you feel more grounded and present. I use a mix of CBT, DBT, trauma-informed therapy, shame-informed therapy and somatic interventions. I work with all types of anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders.

Currently, I am seeing clients online and in-person. I find this to be a convenient way to reach more clients in Ohio and fit sessions into everyone's busy schedules. I have openings available so reach out for more information. I'm here to help!
