I have a passion for helping individuals reclaim their freedom from addiction and their loved ones navigating the treacherous journey. Having lost my beloved son to overdose in 2021, I also have a passion for supporting people through their grief, overcoming mental anguish from anxiety and depression, transforming negative self-talk to self-love and compassion, healing relationship disharmony, and healing and moving beyond traumatic experiences. I gently guide clients to explore their beliefs, process emotions, increase clarity, communication, and coping skills, and have the courage and confidence to pursue their dreams and goals.
As a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Chemical Dependency Counselor, and Ordained Spiritual Counselor, I utilize a variety of proven techniques, a lifetime of experience, clinical skills, and spiritual and holistic principles within a safe, compassionate space. You will obtain a variety of tools to gain the confidence to face life's challenges.
It can feel hopeless at times to break free from the cycle of pain and suffering. We can lose faith that change is possible.
