Mission Statement: To ease pain, facilitate growth, and provide instruction. If this sounds like a good fit for you, please contact me. We will work together to identify choices and new ways to respond to stressors. Helping adult survivors of traumatic experiences, and the resultant anxiety and depression, is my area of specialty. I am an EMDR certified therapist, which is the gold standard treatment protocol for trauma survivors.
I am experienced in dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and those overall distressing life situations we all encounter. I enjoy working with people who are facing unexpected changes, traumas, or transitions that are challenging. I believe that we all have the ability to heal from past and present hurts.
Whatever is going on in your life right now will not last forever. Time keeps moving, and we keep learning, changing, and growing. Tiny pieces of today do not make up the whole story of your life! I offer day, evening, and weekend hours in Omaha. Teletherapy via the HIPAA-compliant platform on SimplePractice is also available for those not local.
