For over 20 years I have worked with people of all ages in a variety of settings to explore and teach safe, effective ways to manage and express overwhelming emotions. Whether you are experiencing significant sadness, anxiety, changes in energy level, concerns about school or work, or just trying to sort out challenging life issues, I would love the opportunity to help you.
I utilize a collaborative approach using conversation and empathetic listening. I work with all age groups but when working with children, I love incorporating interactive methods, such as games, movement, and expressive arts to improve self awareness, self-esteem, regulation, and social skills.
