I have a passion for helping people. I'm here to help individuals struggling with depression, grief, anxiety, OCD, relationship/family concerns, PTSD, trauma, and multicultural and LGBTQIA concerns. Specifically, I aim to help you. Life can be hard sometimes, but I am here to help. I am certified in helping with co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed care, and PTSD and trauma in the military. I support the LGBTQIA community as an ally in both my personal and professional life. I can help you with gender-affirming care and support. To best reach this goal, I have worked to receive certification in LGBTQIA support. You are not alone.
I believe that most cookie-cutter solutions fall short of a path of healing. Let's face it, everyone's journey is unique and deserves personalized attention. I am equipped and ready to help guide you toward healing and growth in your life.
Most of us need a place for self-disclosure and healing. To have a safe space to express our thoughts and feelings is important in life. It's okay to not always be okay, but I am here to help you.
