My name is Jess Rase and I'm currently a licensed professional counselor with Counseling Solutions & Interventions, located in OKC. I graduated with a 4.0 from NorthEastern State University's master level clinical counseling program in 2021 with a specific focus on trauma and LGBTQIA+ issues. As a therapist. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment to help clients navigate life’s challenges. I believe that each person is the expert in their own lives and that we all have the strength inside us to work towards our goals when we are given the right tools.
Throughout my time as a master’s level counseling intern and youth group facilitator at the Tulsa Equality Center, I’ve found a real passion working within the LGBTQIA+ community to foster growth, healing, and advocacy.
I have experience with a wide range of clients, age groups, and mental health issues including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, abuse, life transitions, gender expression, addictions, relationships, and family therapy.
