I serve and treat adolescents and adults in a wide range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, bipolar, substance abuse, family conflict, relationship issues, and more.
I have over 14 years of experience in working in the mental health field. My theoretical approach is a combination of person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, relational cultural therapy, and strengths-based therapy.
