I have been trained to serve individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, abuse, relationship issues, emotional difficulties and various other mental health issues. I will assess your current needs and collaborate with you to make a plan using strategies that will best accomplish your goals.
I also bring a wealth of life experience into the counseling room having previously lived internationally for 14 years, having earned my first master’s degree in education, having enjoyed teaching as my first career, and being a mother of four children. I enjoy hiking, biking, running, traveling, songwriting, and photography.
