I have a passion for helping those with attachment and relationship trauma figure out what is keeping them in that stuck feeling and connect with their most authentic self. I am committed to helping you improve your wellness and overcome barriers, to grow and feel empowered to feel in control of your life.
I have 10 years’ experience working with individuals of many various backgrounds. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and this is the intervention I typically use with clients. I also understand the importance of taking an individualized approach and I am also trained in a range of evidence-based interventions.
