In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am also a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and have formal training in Brainspotting.

As a therapist, my purpose is to listen, empower, and challenge you to attain your mental health goals. I hope to help you build skills that you can implement, while promoting your strengths. I use a warm and relaxed environment to create a safe space for my clients. I will walk alongside you during the journey to happiness and well-being.
