I specialize in working with men struggling with an unhealthy relationship with themselves and others leading to disconnect, anxiety, depression, addiction, low self esteem and a host of other issues. Stated by Thoreau, “The mass of men live lives of quiet desperation.” This doesn't have to be you, feel better, love better, perform better and enjoy more. Consistent with this I also work with couples to help reestablish the connection that is struggling or feels lost.

We’ll work to resolve potential conflicts between your beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In some cases, unprocessed or subconscious memories and emotions can inhibit full awareness into this process.
