I am only accepting clients for Intensive EMDR Therapy. Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and stressed? Are you struggling to manage your emotions? Maybe you’ve been living with emotional pain or experiencing intrusive thoughts and memories that are affecting your ability to live life fully? These feelings can make life even more challenging! I'll work with you to find what will best meet your needs. I integrate talk therapy with mindfulness, expressive arts, and an awareness of the body and mind connection. My approach is warm and accepting and I strive to assist clients in increasing self-understanding, acceptance, and compassion.
I am certified in EMDR, an evidenced-based treatment designed to help alleviate symptoms caused by traumatic events. It's been shown to help reduce anxiety, depression, negative thought patterns, addictive behavior, and somatic complaints. I‘m now offering EMDR Intensives, an accelerated form of therapy designed to help clients see results faster.
I'm a Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator, a SoulCollage Facilitator, and I am IFS informed. I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a post-masters certificate in addiction counseling from Antioch University New England. I'm passionate about supporting and empowering those I work with in developing the skills to improve their lives.
