By searching for a therapist, you have already taken the first step towards creating the life you want. I view everyday as a fresh start and an opportunity to become whoever you want to be. As a therapist, I work with children, adolescents, and adults on a wide range of issues/topics, such as, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, gender and sexuality, life transitions, relational difficulties, and emotional regulation. I am especially interested in LGBTQIA+ issues, emerging adulthood, Autism / ASD, women's issues, incorporating art/movement/creativity, parent training, and fostering the mind-body connection.
My therapeutic style is eclectic, incorporating elements of DBT, CBT, yoga/movement, art, play therapy, and psychoeducation. I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for my clients, so that they can process their experiences, challenge limiting beliefs, and move towards change. I am licensed in CT, NY, Maine, and VT
Join me, and together, we can bring you closer to your goals and help you reconnect with your authentic self. You can find comfort in knowing that I will be there with you every step of the way. Note: I am located in NY, so I can only see those in NY and CT for in-person services. In Maine, I am virtual only.
