There are many stressors in daily life that may cause us to feel out of sorts, anxious, depressed, grieved or traumatized. I treat most all anxiety disorders, most depression disorders, simple and complex grief, and some trauma disorders. I believe there is hope for recovery for all. I would be honored to assist you to learn to live out of your "Best Real Self". You can have a more contented, and accomplished life.
The therapeutic model I use centers on an interplay of body, mind emotion, and will. I couple current knowledge about the brain with cognitive behavioral, Gestalt, psychodynamic, attachment, and Erikson theory, and interventions. We will work together to improve your symptoms.
