When a client brings their narrative and their struggles, I want to provide them a respectful and compassionate space to express emotions. People who have difficulty with depression, life transitions and anxiety are my specialty, especially bringing clarity during scary and uncertain times.

I offer a Strengths-Based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Framework, so we can both simultaneously and concretely target problem areas while building your strengths. I also give counseling through a Narrative framework and place emphasis on reframing narratives.

Trust is hard to foster sometimes and I understand that. I want to give you the time and the space to share in the emotional healing that comes through therapy. I am very passionate about the therapeutic work and want to help and support you through this journey.
