My ideal clients would be anyone who may be experiencing trauma, depression, anger, anxiety, and more. I work with individual clients aged 14 to adult. I can help clients achieve goals for themselves and offer a person centered approach as well as other methods. I specialize in Men's issues as well as athletes who are experiencing mental health issues in both life and sport. I am a trauma certified therapist and work with all individuals who have experienced a form of trauma in their life including grief counseling. I believe there is a therapist for everyone, and that we give it at least 3-4 sessions to see if we are good fit.
