I love being able to help clients with high levels of anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I also have several years of experience working with adolescents with high functioning autism and some other developmental delays. If you want to overcome some of the areas in your life that you feel are holding back, then we will work together to find different approaches that can lead to better outcomes.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma/PTSD. I primarily utilize CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, adolescent focused family therapy, and family systems theory. I help with being able to identify your personal strengths and then building off of those areas.
I know that it can be challenging to have high levels of anxiety, depression, and other overwhelming feelings present often. I have worked with some of the most challenging situations while in the residential treatment setting. I will walk with you through the trenches and help you to climb out, and be able to climb out yourself in the future.
