I am currently on maternity leave as of 11/3/2023. Are you looking for someone who will listen without judgment and provide a space where you can reflect, learn, and grow as a person? In our day and age, a person who will actually listen to us is a rarity so I want to provide that for you as a clinician and provide a space of respite for you.
I take a holistic approach to counseling which focuses on the entire human being and their life experiences as a means to assess and treat a patient's symptoms. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and stress from life transitions and have experience teaching meditation to teenagers and adults.
