My passion lies in supporting young people, their caregivers, and adults through this evolution.
I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and challenges linked to sexual and gender identity. While my approach is integrative overall, my therapeutic orientation is grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I integrate techniques from DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy and Art Therapy.
