I help couples heal and feel closer through Emotionally Focused Therapy interventions. I also work with parents/caregivers to teach skills to form secure bonds with their children and set clear limits. I have experience working with individuals who deal with technology/video game addiction, substance abuse, and processing past trauma.
My experience living and working abroad has afforded me the opportunity to understand people of various cultures and backgrounds. I speak Spanish at an advanced level and a high level of Portuguese and intermediate Turkish. Our sessions can be in person or online, so you can engage in therapy in the way that is the most accessible for you.
