"Your Story Didn't Start with You"
Inherited family trauma shapes who we are, how we connect & parent....We either confront it or pass it on to our children. We'll address family-of-origin experiences - to understand generational patterns & childhood wounds, affecting our present relationships - as well as the educational process of how each person adapted in his/her family, with inner child work, to strengthen/develop a functional adult self for healthy relationships. Trauma is relived, not remembered. Unresolved pain from previous generations functions in families like emotional liability. Runs for 8 sessions, October 5th-December 7th.. Registration closes September 20th - please contact me with questions and to register.

Understanding your Child
Parents face one of the most challenging (and rewarding) roles. As much as you love your child, there are moments of anger, frustration, and, at times, desperation. It's during children's worst moments, their broken moments, their selfish moments, that they most need to feel loved. They want connection. If you're ready to learn how to connect, problem solve, to raise responsible, caring, self-sufficient children, while getting support and answers to your challenging questions, call for more information or to register. This group is virtual, a chance to join other parents sharing the same struggles while celebrating the successes together.

Blending Families? Real Co-Parenting Challenges
Conflict between new partners, struggling to successfully "blend" their families, while also coping with the co-parenting challenges with the children's other parent, is real. 'Blending' isn't realistic. We will discuss how to manage these transitions, focusing on healing relationship dyanmics and improving communication and parenting. This group will provide education, support, and a chance to share with other parents. Please contact me with questions and to register. This group will meet twice monthly once filled.
