WELCOME! I am so grateful that you are here. Whether this is your first time considering therapy or if you have previously experienced therapy before, I know that reaching out can be a scary step. As both a therapist and a client, I understand the importance of prioritizing the therapeutic relationship. I enjoy being able to walk alongside my clients as they learn more about themselves, dig into their emotions and find a purpose for their future. I have experience working with adults and adolescents in both individual, group and family counseling.
I am dually licensed in mental health and addiction counseling. With experience working with adolescents, adults and families on their personal healing journey, I am excited to join you wherever you are in this process. Join me within my office or from the comfort of your own home.
Outside of therapy, I am a wife, mother of 3 & enjoy spending time with family, reading, crafting and empowering others to find the best versions of themselves. I believe that showing up as my authentic self in therapy allows clients to feel comfortable being open and vulnerable while sitting across from me. I look forward to joining you in your healing.
