I believe that we all hold an enormous ability and inner wisdom to heal and expand. I honor each person as an individual with unique experiences and values. My goal is to provide support, insight and a safe space for clients to process as they find their way toward wholeness. My specialties are Anxiety, Trauma and Grief. My clinical approach is Humanistic and strength based. My personal approach is warm, humorous, compassionate and direct.
I have 16 years of mental health experience and am a certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are my primary orientations. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy used in the treatment of trauma and other adverse life experiences.
I welcome diversity including all body sizes, abilities, ethnicities, sexualities, genders, religions and political values. Services provided are telehealth only. If you are interested, please send me an email to set up an appointment.
