Therapy can seem intimidating, but my gentle and supportive approach ensures that you feel heard, understood, and respected. The therapeutic relationship allows space for self-reflection while also helping to ground and validate your experiences. My favorite clients to work with are those that are seeking to take control of their life and to face it with a new sense of calm and confidence.
I love the concept of clients building maneuverability. Learning to handle whatever comes with grace, utilizing empowering psychoeducation and identifying coping skills that feel natural and comforting to you. I combine a variety of techniques from mindfulness to therapeutic interventions such a cognitive behavioral therapy.
I am experienced in working with a variety of issues including Anxiety, Attachment styles, building healthy relationships and much more. I enjoy working with people of any gender and sexuality.
