I am a licensed psychotherapist, registered art therapist, artist, former art teacher, and of course, I love using art in my sessions. I can provide a safe, non judgemental space for you to work through whatever life issues you are processing. I believe in empowering my clients to find their voice and foster the potential they already have through realizing self worth, building confidence, and embracing our whole selves. I work with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, guilt and shame, life transitions, self-worth issues, and those who are healing from traumatic experiences and/or grief. I often use creative processes in most of my sessions including book making, collage, painting, and clay work.
Daily life can be overwhelming and confusing - especially with the academic and social media pressures many experience. My aim is to provide a safe place for my clients to learn and grow while navigating these pressures. My hope is that we all feel empowered, equipped, and successful in the midst of our challenges; making changes we feel are necessary.
