I offer reliable approaches to addressing eating disorders in adults who have completed inpatient treatment. As a certified EMDR therapist I assist clients to move through their traumas while discovering core issues impacting their life. I love educating clients on Internal Family Systems to help them understand the parts that encourage self-preservation.

I am believe compassion is vital while you gain a clearer perspective of your problems. My office is located in a non-clinical setting in a serene environment providing you privacy and peace.
