My counseling experience includes working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and life changing events.
Some of the therapeutic treatments used are cognitive-behavior therapy, behavior modification, trauma-focused CBT, and solution focused therapy. It is important to help identify individuals’ strengths, needs and goals to create opportunities that will empower and guide individuals through self-growth.
