My job isn't to tell you what your next chapter should be; rather, we work together to create greater understanding of and meaning from your story. I use a relational approach that integrates psychodynamic therapy, attachment, narrative therapy, and somatic practices. I have extensive training and experience in the field of eating disorders. I am a certified eating disorder specialist and approved consultant, certified parent coach, and certified EMDR clinician.
